Refund policy
We want you to love the artwork you bring into your space—but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
🕒 Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—undamaged, unused, and safely packaged. For limited edition prints or original works, please take special care when handling and repacking.
You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return.
Custom or commissioned pieces are not eligible for return at this time.
📦 How to Start a Return
Email Brad directly at brad@bmossman.com with your order number and a short note about the return. Once approved, we’ll send you the return shipping instructions.
Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped to the address in Denmark emailed back to you.
📌 Return Shipping Costs
Brad offers free shipping on all orders except on T-shirts and Hoodies where shipping is calculated based on your location, but return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error in your order.
If a return is due to a defect or damage, we’ll cover return shipping and work with you to make things right—either by replacement (if possible) or refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We currently do not accept returns on:

Custom or commissioned artwork
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different piece, return your original item and place a new order.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
